Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
A: Yes we can ship anywhere in the world however, payment and shipping methods from outside of the continental U.S. are limited.
- Shipping rates are obviously different for other countries and each customer will be handled individually. Once you tell us which product(s) you are interested in, we will calculate the shipping charges and provide a quote for the item(s) and shipping.
- For our customer's protection, we have the highest level of security installed within our credit card processor and occasionally it will not accept credit card purchases with cards from outside of the U.S., however we will accept PayPal and money orders.
Q: I have lost the manual to my trail camera. Where can I get another one?
A: Please contact us through our contact us page and we will assist you with getting a copy of the trail camera manual that you need.
Q: I have some photos that I took with my camera, would you like to see them?
A: Absolutely! We enjoy seeing the successes of all of our fellow outdoors men and women. Email them to us!
Q: I don't see the digital trail camera that I am looking for on your website. Do you have them or can you get them?
A: If you don't see something that you are looking for, it could be temporarily out of stock. Feel free to contact us and let us know which product you are looking for. We will be happy to email you when the product is available. If it is a product that we don't normally carry, we probably can get it and we will do what we can to get it for you.
